Latics went down 2-1 at home to Fleetwood in the Boxing Day clash at Boundary Park.
Fleetwod scored twice against the run of play and for most of the game Oldham had Fleetwod pinned back in their own half and it wasn't until the 50th minute that Fleetwood had a shot on target, which they scored from. They then scored again in the 67th minute to go into a 2-0 lead.
Despite the scoreline Latics continued to torment the Fleetwood defence and gave themselves hope when Bryan converted a 25 yrad free kick into the top corner.
Fleetwood held out and took the points.
