This will continue throughout January and February.
They are no longer prepared to accept the low rates of pay. £12.40ph is the current rate received. Drivers are frustrated.
The union offers full support until the dispute is resolved.
Local schools and people are affected as this continues.
Dave Roberts, representing the Trade Union said "Further strikes can be avoided, but it will require an improved offer and return to the negotiations"
Ian Humpries - MD of First Manchester said "Despite the efforts we have already made to meet what we were told were agreed demands, Union officials have announced their intention to hold further strikes."
First Manchester have sent out sincere apologies to anyone affected by this continuous action and all the inconvenience it will cause.
