It was originally two weavers cottages which later became a family house and a local Labour club. Auctioneers, Auction House Manchester, are hopeful that despite it's dilapidated state the two cottages will find a good buyer and be refurished to their former state.

They are within the conservation area of Delph and are part of the local history. Subject to planning permission it is hoped to atrtact someone who who is looking to refurbish them into one house or two weavers style cottages.

The buildings go up for auction on Tuesday March 28th. The guide price is £190,000.
