Oldham Coliseium are looking for friendly and reliable people to join their dedicated team of Customer Experience Volunteers, who play a vital role in the smooth running of the Coliseum.

The theatre is the last surviving professional theatre in Oldham, with a history dating back 131 years. They are a registered cultural and educational charity and Customer Experience Volunteers enjoy a busy and varied roles.
 
 
These include meeting and greeting customers, directing audiences to their seats, keeping audiences safe in case of emergencies, selling refreshments and programmes, answering customer queries and working with other colleagues like Box Office to deliver the very best experience to customers.
 
There’s no experience needed as full training will be provided and you will be supported every step of the way by the full-time Customer Services team and you might even uncover hidden talents that you never knew you had working in our exciting and creative environment.
 
Oldham Coliseium also recently received a Customer Service Excellence Badge from TripAdvisor drawn from reviews posted by locaL audiences.
