Emphatic win for Latics at Port vale

A fantastic 4-1  win for managerless Latics at Port Vale.
 
Callum Lang scored after 32 minutes when he drove a right-footed shot low under Vale goalkeeper Scott Brown into the bottom left-corner.
Neil Aspin's hosts levelled the score for vale just before half-time with a close range effort.
 
After the break Oldham retook the lead on 53 minutes when Mohamed Maouche backheeled Tom Hamer's long throw into the box from the right into the bottom corner via a deflection.
 
Gevaro Nepomuceno added a third with 3 minutes of normal time to go with a curling shot into the bottom left corner. Chris O'Grady made it 4-1 instoppage time with a strike from close-range. The win seed Latics move up to 11th in League Two.
